We are looking for an employee to provide full-time active support as soon as possible for our subsidiary company in Köln:
Marketing Analytics Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

Marketing budget forecasting and controlling

KPI reporting, e.g. brand tracking, media measures, social media, online media, overall marketing audit for freenet TV and major competitors, as well as preparation of marketing KPI related presentations and ad hoc reports

Independently analyze data sets and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders

Set up and maintain date-driven marketing , e.g. digital attribution

Ability to track, measure, and report on results of various marketing functions to optimize ROI and marketing channel performance

Marketing process steering, project management skills and monitoring agencies

Works closely with other sales and marketing teams, including digital engagement, product marketing, communications, web, and events to understand the systems and data points applicable to each group, and to advise on areas for opportunity and collaboration in ingesting and tracking data

Skills:

College/University degree in Marketing/Communication and/or Business

5+ years of marketing analytics, marketing operations, or digital marketing experience, preferably in a related industry

Strong analytical skills for developing a detailed marketing budget forecast and tracking, as well as for marketing audit topics, tracking KPIs and ad hoc analysis

Strong command of the English and German language

High level skills with MS Office and strong presentation skills

Strong knowledge of research methods (focus marketing & communication topics), knowledge of tracking tools and experience with data visualization tools, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

General marketing knowledge, understanding of media planning, campaign management and experience in working with major brands; good knowledge in regard to the TV market in Germany is a plus
